NOTICE: Very sadly, our Steamposium (originally scheduled for

from sincere enthusiasts (without a hidden agenda, inflated egos, or ulterior motives), we can
make the Hamilton Steamposium a reality in future together. Please contact me if you are
serious about making this dream a reality, as I cannot do so on my own (...I tried to). Dedicated, diligent sponsors and volunteers are welcome. The_Time_Machine@ymail.com (ymail,

Introduction:
The Hamilton Victorian & Steampunk Society's founders & organizers (right to left):
Raychyl Vyctorya Whyte & Dr. John A. Stewart.

We are delighted & excited to present our first steampunk symposium/convention- The “Steamposium”. Thanks for sharing our passion for the Steampunk movement & in Victorian/Edwardian history. We are open to positive support and assistance, for the mutual benefit + enjoyment of all participants. With positive support, the event can be even better for everyone! We aspire to create a marvellous event for the steampunk/neo-Victorian/goth subcultures, where like-minded people can be entertained, have a varied shopping experience, and develop new friendships. That's our purpose.
We apologize for our websites obviously not being up to high technological standards. Admittedly, I'm not tech-savvy, as I am better suited to the steam era. : ) Plus as a new, tiny (i.e.- managed by only one person), not-for-profit group, we have a virtually non-existent budget. So please try to be understanding of us, as we gradually grow & evolve. Thank you for your patience. Easier navigation on this site will be available eventually.
